Role Description
• Provide administrative and logistic support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Manage and organize office files, documents, and correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis.
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• BBA or equivalent in business administration, marketing, or similar.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with office equipment and basic knowledge of office procedures.
